Life can feel overwhelming at times. “Connect and Restore” is a gentle, welcoming yoga program designed to give you a dedicated hour each week to slow down, breathe and simply feel better in your body and mind.

Whether you are completely new to yoga or just looking for a calm and supportive space to reconnect with yourself, this program is for you. No experience needed, no pressure, just a warm and inclusive community coming together every Wednesday morning.

About me

I came to yoga not as a teacher, but as someone who needed it.

After years in banking and healthcare, I found my real calling on the mat. Yoga helped me through some serious health conditions and a period of depression, and that personal transformation is what drives everything I teach today.

I'm Manasa, a Yoga Australia Registered Teacher and Therapeutic Practitioner based in Adelaide, South Australia.
